在新加坡领养孩子

首先要了解领养的资格标准。要在新加坡领养孩子，必须满足以下要求：

  • 孩子的年龄及婚姻状况： 领养的孩子必须在 21 岁以下且单身。
  • 申请人的年龄： 申请人必须至少年满 25 岁。
  • 年龄差距： 申请人必须比收养的子女至少大 21 岁（但不超过 50 岁）。

此外，单身男性申请人不允许收养女性儿童，共同领养仅限于已婚夫妇。《收养子女法》（ACA）赋予法院对这些要求做出例外规定的权力。如果收养的子女与申请人有血缘关系，或者婚姻双方都至少年满 25 岁，而且他们寻求共同领养年龄低于各自年龄21岁的子女，则可以例外。

征得同意在收养程序中起着关键作用，有关各方必须表示同意，其中包括：

  • 孩子的父母
  • 孩子的祖父母（如果孩子的父母未满 21 周岁）。
  • 孩子的监护人（如适用）
  • 孩子的看管人（在非父母监护的情况下）。
  • 孩子的经济支持者（如果不是孩子的父母）。
  • 申请人的配偶（如适用）。
